With the patented MOULD D casting resin system, ALWA offers an efficient solution for manufacturing thermoforming molds that can be produced directly in-house – economically, precisely, and with maximum flexibility.
The process enables highly accurate 1:1 replication – even for complex geometries. MOULD D stands out due to its excellent surface quality, temperature resistance up to 135 °C, and long service life – with more than 50,000 forming cycles easily achievable.
