The company Deals and Wheels is well known for developing and manufacturing custom-made bikes, including the CUSTOM RIDE models and DAW conversion kits, all in their unique “plug ’n’ ride” quality.
For a new project, the Deals and Wheels team needed a thermoforming tool that would ensure the highest mould quality, all under a very tight deadline. Conventional methods, such as milling or standard epoxy resins, would have been far too time-consuming to meet these requirements.
The solution was ALWA MOULD D, our innovative casting resin system for fast mouldmaking. Its decisive advantage: extremely short processing times, combined with precise detail reproduction and excellent surface quality. Within a very short period, a high-quality thermoforming tool was completed that met the demanding quality standards of Deals and Wheels, allowing the project to be successfully finished on time.
